Wayne graduated from the University of Sheffield obtaining a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Honours). He has over 20 years of work experience of which last 13 years he has dedicated to the Human Resource field. He has worked as a Senior Project Manager for a Consultancy company handling government projects. He then moved to join a professional recruitment and staffing solutions organization specializing in Oil & Gas where he was the Operations Director. He had this role for 3 years before starting Connect Energy Services, where he has a team of dedicated personnel serving the Oil & Gas Industry from crewing management to manpower supply services to various Multinational energy companies in Singapore and across the globe.

Wayne is now the Group CEO of Connect International Holding, a diverse holding company offering varied solutions in the fields of manpower services, executive search, non-destructive testing and inspection services, technical solutions and many more.

Wayne has profound competence in fields of business development and management. He is also highly skilled at promoting an enterprise and building up its brand value. Wayne has an in-depth understanding of the prevailing market conditions and industry trends.

John Vijayarangam


John has over 35 years of experience in Human Resources in the Asia Pacific with work experience in Indonesia (20 years), Australia, India and in the Asia Pacific. He has a Masters Degree in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur, an Advanced HR Diploma from IIM Ahmedabad along with a Master of Business by Research (Competency Based HR Systems) from Monash University, Australia which was upgraded to a PhD program and is ongoing.

He is currently Commissioner  at PT Potentia HR Consulting, a leading HR Consulting and Executive Search company in the Asia Pacific, also located in Jakarta. His areas of Expertise for Executive Search includes Senior Executives / BOD level / Senior Manager Levels for: Mining & Minerals / Manufacturing / FMCG / Human Resources / Finance / Services Sector with the main focus of search in Indonesia / Asia Pacific for both Expats & Local Indonesian Senior Management.

John has held positions such as General Manager & HR Director for Coats Ltd (British Multinational in Indonesia 2002-2005 / called Madura Coats in India), Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific, Indorama Indonesia (1994-2010). He has also worked with MRF Ltd (Corporate HR Manager), Bank of America, and Best & Crompton, India.

Jeremy has 10 years of experience recruiting senior management into countries around the world. He has worked in the UK , France , India and Indonesia and has placed candidates into over 30 countries globally.

Jeremy supports multinational companies with their hiring regionally and has build a strong relationship with several stakeholders and assisting them with their strategic hires globally. Having a dual background , he is able to adapt his search methodologies to identify candidates who are a good fit technically as well as culturally.

He has a Masters in Marketing and Brand Management and has studied in France and the United States.

Outside the office , Jeremy is someone who likes to integrate with locals and immerse himself culturally in the place that he lives in. He has lived in 8 countries in his life and has finally found his home in Indonesia.

Arin obtained her Bachelor of Psychology and Bachelor of Arts from Universitas Indonesia and University of Queensland, respectively, with Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Social Psychology as her main focus.

She has more than 3 years of experience in Training, People Development, Organizational Development, and Employer Branding. She has multitude of experience in Oil & Gas, Engineering, and other sectors.

She also has a strong background in research having participated in different research projects at the University of Queensland. Additionally, she has worked in various HR projects namely Job Appraisal and Job Evaluation.
