John has over 35 years of experience in Human Resources in the Asia Pacific with work experience in Indonesia (20 years), Australia, India and in the Asia Pacific. He has a Masters Degree in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur, an Advanced HR Diploma from IIM Ahmedabad along with a Master of Business by Research (Competency Based HR Systems) from Monash University, Australia which was upgraded to a PhD program and is ongoing.

He is currently Commissioner  at PT Potentia HR Consulting, a leading HR Consulting and Executive Search company in the Asia Pacific, also located in Jakarta. His areas of Expertise for Executive Search includes Senior Executives / BOD level / Senior Manager Levels for: Mining & Minerals / Manufacturing / FMCG / Human Resources / Finance / Services Sector with the main focus of search in Indonesia / Asia Pacific for both Expats & Local Indonesian Senior Management.

John has held positions such as General Manager & HR Director for Coats Ltd (British Multinational in Indonesia 2002-2005 / called Madura Coats in India), Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific, Indorama Indonesia (1994-2010). He has also worked with MRF Ltd (Corporate HR Manager), Bank of America, and Best & Crompton, India.

He was visiting faculty and taught HR as visiting faculty at Postgraduate level in several universities across the Asia Pacific including Monash University, Swinburne University and RMIT, Australia. In Indonesia he was visiting faculty to the Swiss German University and IPMI Indonesia and in India with leading MNCs / Institutes (LIBA and Madras School of Social Work) for Postgraduate levels in Human Resources.

Arin holds a Bachelor of Psychology from Universitas Indonesia and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland, graduating Cum Laude with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Social Psychology. She also contributed to several research projects during her time at the University of Queensland.

She has more than 7 years of experience across HR functions including but not limited to training, recruitment, organizational design, performance management, and compliance advisory. She has delivered high-value mandates spanning manufacturing, FMCG, private equity, football clubs, and engineering sectors. Arin manages engagements end-to-end, from diagnostics and data analysis to executive-level presentations, while engaging C-suite stakeholders to shape advisory recommendations that build long-term client partnerships.

Fitri is a graduate from the University of Indonesia having majored in Business Administration. Fitri joined Potentia HR in 2014 and since then, she has worked with a diverse range of clients, both multinational and national companies.

Fitri’s professional portfolio reads like a cross-section of the business world, touching on Manufacturing, FMCG, Information Technology, Flavor & Fine Fragrance, Chemical, Pharmaceuticals, E-Commerce, Engineering, and Electronics. Her connections and reach extend not only across Indonesia but also throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Beyond recruitment, Fitri is a certified Excellent Tester, boasting proficiency in a range of assessment tools such as Hogan, PAPI Kostick, DISC, and IST. Her versatility doesn’t stop there; Fitri has experience in many HR projects, including Psychological Testing and Performance Appraisal, as well as contributing to Salary Survey initiatives.

Annisa obtained her Bachelor of Psychology from Universitas Indonesia, graduating Cum Laude.

She has more than 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, with extensive experience managing end-to-end recruitment. Her experience includes talent sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing, stakeholder management, and onboarding, with a strong ability to identify and evaluate candidates based on both business requirements and cultural fit.

Currently, as a Recruitment Consultant, she supports clients across various industries, including FMCG, Oil & Gas, Banking, Engineering and other sectors, as well as handling niche and specialized positions. Her experience in both in-house recruitment and executive search enables her to understand business requirements while taking a thorough and people-oriented approach to identifying the right candidates.

Angela is an HR professional specialising in Recruitment, with 14 years of experience across multinational companies and global recruitment firms.

She most recently served as a Business Development Manager at a recruitment consulting firm, driving new business, talent sourcing, and client relationships. Before that, she led end-to-end talent acquisition and employer branding across 20+ resorts in APAC for a leading hospitality group, and spent five years as a 360 recruitment consultant placing senior and C-level HR talent across industries from tech startups to pharmaceuticals. Her career also includes an RPO placement as a Recruitment Specialist embedded with a global manufacturing client.

With deep expertise spanning recruitment and business development, Angela brings sharp business acumen and a solutions-driven approach to every client partnership.

Ranin obtained her Bachelor of Psychology from Universitas Indonesia. She has 5 years of experience in Business Development and 2 years of experience in Recruitment, giving her a unique combination of commercial expertise and talent acquisition knowledge. Her experience includes developing and managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating commercial terms, developing strategic partnerships, and providing tailored solutions to meet clients’ business and talent needs.

Ranin possesses strong expertise in communication, negotiation, client relationship management, business development strategy, consultative selling, stakeholder management, and account management. She has worked with clients across various industries, including Manufacturing, Banking and Financial Services, Hospitality, Technology, and other sectors.

With her understanding of both business and recruitment, Ranin is experienced in bridging client requirements with effective talent solutions and building long-term partnerships with organizations across different industries.

Glorya graduated from University of Padjadjaran, majoring in English Literature. Starting her career in the manpower and outsourcing service organization specializing in oil & gas industry, she has extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment and manpower management.

Glorya started at Potentia HR as a Researcher, having extended her support in hiring process of several multinational and local companies across industries such as Manufacturing (Paint, Palm Oil and Automotive Parts), Energy & Power and FMCG. She also has worked on other HR project like performance appraisal. Within 6 months, she was promoted to Junior Consultant position.

Angela Irena Mihardja is a proficient recruitment consultant with a strong foundation in communication and journalism. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Journalism from Universitas Multimedia Nusantara, which equipped her with exceptional analytical and communication skills.

Currently, Angela works as a Recruitment Consultant and HR Solution expert at Potentia HR Consulting – SpenglerFox, a role she has held since April 2024. Prior to this, she was an Executive Recruitment Consultant at Talentvis, where she specialized in placing high-caliber candidates in executive positions. Her earlier role as a Financial Consultant at Allianz from October 2021 to October 2022 involved advising clients on financial planning and insurance solutions.

Angela’s career began with a Reporter Internship at KapanLagi Youniverse, where she developed her journalistic skills. Her diverse professional background, spanning recruitment, financial consulting, and journalism, makes her a versatile and effective professional in the HR industry.

Shereen is a results-oriented professional with a background in Management, complemented by a comprehensive academic foundation from Swiss German University. Prior to Potentia, she served as a Recruitment Consultant at a prominent multinational headhunting firm, where she specialized in placing top-tier talent in executive positions.

With a proven track record as a 360 consultant, she has worked with both local and multinational clients across various sectors, including IT, FMCG, retail, manufacturing, marketing, and startups. Her practical experience in recruitment has equipped her with a keen understanding of market dynamics and the ability to navigate competitive landscapes.

Nesha is a recruitment consultant with over four years of experience in helping companies find the right talent, especially in technical and commercial roles. With a background in Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, she combines a strong understanding of people with a practical, hands-on approach to recruitment.

She’s currently part of the team at Potentia HR Consulting – SpenglerFox, where she works with clients from various industries to support their hiring needs. Before this, she spent three years at Monroe Consulting Indonesia, focusing on executive search, and started her career at Jendela360, a growing property tech startup where she built her foundation in recruitment.

Nesha is known for being detail-oriented, resourceful, and easy to work with. She’s placed a wide range of roles for both local and multinational companies across sectors like Gaming, Financial Services, Logistics, HRIS, Health Tech, and Industrial Automation. Whether working with clients or candidates, Nesha brings energy, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping people grow.

Wayne graduated from the University of Sheffield obtaining a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Honours). He has over 20 years of work experience of which last 13 years he has dedicated to the Human Resource field. He has worked as a Senior Project Manager for a Consultancy company handling government projects. He then moved to join a professional recruitment and staffing solutions organization specializing in Oil & Gas where he was the Operations Director. He had this role for 3 years before starting Connect Energy Services, where he has a team of dedicated personnel serving the Oil & Gas Industry from crewing management to manpower supply services to various Multinational energy companies in Singapore and across the globe.

Wayne is now the Group CEO of Connect International Holding, a diverse holding company offering varied solutions in the fields of manpower services, executive search, non-destructive testing and inspection services, technical solutions and many more.
