Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment or systems at client sites, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and test equipment or systems at customer locations.
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Document service activities, including reports and feedback.
- Train customers on proper usage and maintenance of equipment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory required for service tasks.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).
- 5+ years of experience in field service or technical support.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.
- Familiarity with [industry-specific tools/software] is a plus.
