As part of its commitment to talent development, the company is seeking a dynamic and passionate People Development Executive to join their growing HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate training and development programs aligned with business needs and employee competency frameworks.
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) across departments and recommend appropriate learning interventions.
- Manage end-to-end internal training programs, from scheduling to participant feedback and reporting.
- Coordinate with external vendors for public trainings, certifications, or specialized development programs.
- Maintain and update training records, learning materials, and employee development databases.
- Support the implementation of career development and succession planning frameworks.
- Facilitate onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth employee integration.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives using measurable KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in people development, learning & development, or talent management.
- Strong knowledge of learning methodologies, competency models, and performance management systems.
- Hands-on experience in organizing training programs and liaising with internal/external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms is a plus.
