Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: North Jakarta (WFO)
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR & Business Partner
- Act as a partner to Management in managing HR needs and strategies.
- Understand the needs of each department and provide HR solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Provide recommendations on organizational structure, manpower planning, and team development.
- Manpower Planning & Talent
- Analyze manpower requirements in line with business growth.
- Coordinate with Recruitment to fulfill required positions.
- Support employee development, promotion, and succession planning processes.
- Identify potential talent and improve employee retention.
- Performance Management
- Ensure KPI and Performance Management processes are implemented in line with company targets.
- Support Managers in conducting team evaluations, coaching, and performance improvement.
- Identify performance issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Employee & Industrial Relations
- Handle employee issues and employment relations professionally.
- Assist in resolving conflicts between employees and Management.
- Ensure HR policies are implemented in accordance with company regulations and applicable labor laws.
- HR Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze HR data, including manpower, turnover, attendance, and performance.
- Prepare reports and provide data-driven recommendations to Management.
- Communication & Coordination
- Act as a liaison between Management, employees, and relevant departments regarding HR matters.
- Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking Management/Expatriates when required.
- Support communication and implementation of HR projects involving international stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- MUST be proficient in Mandarin.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably from the retail, e-commerce, or other fast-paced industries.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, Economics, or other related fields.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, including Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Talent Development.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS, and Canva.
