Job Summary: 
The Group General Manager will lead the strategic vision, commercial performance, and day-to-day execution of a diversified lifestyle portfolio comprising a premium Restaurant, Padel Club, and Cocktail Lounge, while stewarding strategic partnership with a high-profile Nightclub.
 
This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for a builder, operator, and cultural architect—someone who has scaled brands from zero to relevance, thrives in turnaround environments, and understands that in lifestyle and hospitality, systems create profit, and social gravity creates demand. You will be entrusted with full autonomy to build a disciplined, profitable, and culturally relevant lifestyle group.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio & Multi-Unit Leadership
    • Lead all venues under a unified strategic vision while respecting the unique operational cadence of sports, dining, and nightlife.
    • Ensure brand consistency, service excellence, and operational alignment across all business units.
    • Build, coach, and hold senior managers accountable to clear KPIs and performance standards.
  • Full P&L Ownership
    • Assume end-to-end responsibility for group financial performance.
    • Ruthlessly manage fundamentals: COGS, labor efficiency, yield management, and revenue per square meter.
    • Drive sustainable margin growth through pricing strategy, cost control, and operational leverage.
  • Turnaround & Scaling Discipline
    • Diagnose underperforming areas with speed and clarity.
    • Design and implement SOPs, reporting systems, and performance rhythms to stabilize and scale operations.
    • Transition founder-led or informal operations into institutionally disciplined businesses.
  • Brand, Marketing & Hype Engineering
    • Partner with marketing and creative teams to design high-impact events, launches, and collaborations.
    • Leverage social capital, partnerships, and curated experiences to build desirability, exclusivity, and repeat visitation.
    • Understand that “cool” is intentional—engineered through planning, relationships, and execution.
  • Strategic Partnership Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for the Nightclub partnership.
    • Ensure operational synergy, aligned incentives, and successful cross-promotion between entities.
    • Protect the group’s commercial and brand interests at all times.
    • Ownership & Stakeholder Reporting
    • Deliver transparent, data-driven reporting to shareholders.
    • Translate operational performance into clear insights on growth, ROI, and capital allocation.
    • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to ownership.

Requirements

    • Proven track record of launching, turning around, and scaling lifestyle or hospitality businesses.
    • Experience taking concepts from early-stage to multi-unit or category-defining success.
  • Commercial & Financial Excellence
    • Deep expertise managing complex P&Ls.
    • Instinctively identifies inefficiencies and prioritizes fundamentals over cosmetic fixes.
  • Social Capital & Market Presence
    • Exceptionally well-networked within the city’s cultural, business, and nightlife ecosystem.
    • Trusted by influencers, VIPs, brand partners, and community leaders—and able to mobilize them.
  • Operational Discipline & Leadership Integrity
    • High personal integrity, resilience, and execution discipline.
    • Believes in SOPs, dashboards, accountability, and performance culture.
    • Leads from the front and sets uncompromising standards.
  • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in senior leadership roles within hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, private clubs, or high-end leisure environments.
