Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned HVAC Technical Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of complex heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Technical support to front end sales team include HVAC Calculations candidate must be aware of international standards (ASHRAE/EUROVENT). The ideal candidate has a deep mastery of RHVAC and a proven track record of managing large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Design & Engineering: Develop detailed HVAC designs basis, including heat load calculations and equipment selection (AHUs, Dehumidifiers, VRF’s).
- Technical Compliance: Ensure all designs meet local building codes, ASHRAE/EUROVENT standards.
- Project Leadership: Involved in Technical Discussions with Consultants and EPC’s and Users.
- Value Engineering: Analyse existing blueprints to identify cost-saving opportunities or performance enhancements without compromising quality.
- Quality Control: Conduct site inspections and technical audits to ensure installation matches design specifications and safety protocols.
Technical Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/HVAC Engineering.
- Systems Expertise: Deep understanding of AHU Sizing, Dehumidifier Sizing.
- Standards: Working knowledge of ASHRAE 62.1, 90.1, and 55.
Soft Skills:
- Mentorship: Ability to Work with Frontend sales team.
- Communication: Strong technical communication skill for dealing with Consultants, OEM’s EPC’s and Users.
- Analytical Thinking: A data-driven approach to derive Design Basis for HVAC systems.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of dedicated experience in HVAC design.
