Sales Manager, Water Treatment, Jakarta
Our client is a leading provider in the water and wastewater treatment industry with more than 30 years of experience. Headquartered in Taiwan with a large manufacturing facility in Shanghai, they operate multiple branches across Asia, including Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia. In Indonesia, They deliver high-quality water treatment components and system solutions for F&B, industrial, pharmaceutical, and public sector (PDAM) clients.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets
- Find new clients and maintain existing ones
- Guide the sales team
- Travel for customer meetings, site visits, and presentations
- Prepare reports in English for HQ
- Handle sales in Sumatra, West Java, and Central Java
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the water treatment industry or related products/services
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Proven leadership experience, managing at least 2 sales staff
- Willing to travel frequently
