Job Title: Sales Manager
Reporting to: COO
Location: Jakarta
Job Purpose:
Driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and promoting the company’s data center solutions and services.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- More than 8 years of sales experience in the data center with proven track record of meeting/exceeding
- targets.
- Strong network of enterprise and industry contacts.
- Solid understanding of data center industry
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align solutions with customer business needs.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
Main Accountabilities:
- Customer Relation:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to maximize retention and upselling opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions in collaboration with technical and operations teams.
- Sales Activity:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for data center solutions (colocation, cloud, managed services, connectivity, etc.).
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within enterprise, hyperscale, financial, telecom, and government sectors.
- Lead contract negotiations, proposals, and pricing discussions with customers.
- Build a strong sales pipeline, track opportunities, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to adjust strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and solution engineering teams to develop go-to-market plans.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and performance updates to management.
