Purchasing Assistant Manager (Japanese Speaking), Food & Beverages (Jakarta)

Here’s what makes this role exciting:

You will directly be reporting to the Senior Purchasing Manager & President Director
Daily communication in Japanese & English is required
Be involved in purchasing and sourcing Fresh Food Ingredients (fish, meat, eggs, etc.) for dine-in restaurants
Manage cost control and stock efficiency across multiple outlets

What you’ll do:

Support procurement and inventory management within F&B operations
Handle supplier evaluations, contract management, and cost analysis
Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best pricing and terms
Manage inventory control to ensure stock efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams to align purchasing strategies with business needs

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement/purchasing (Any Industry / B2C can apply, but F&B/Dining is a plus)
Proven track record in sourcing fresh food ingredients
Strong negotiation and analytical skills (market trend analysis, cost analysis, etc.)
Background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
Leadership skills and ability to work in a team
Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations & best practices
