Human Capital & General Services Superintendent

Responsibility :

  • Skills set to deliver effective organizational analysis, manpower planning and company growth in respect to human resources.
  • Overseeing daily operational policies, people development and recruitment activities.
  • Assisting Managers as required in day to day and future planning in HR systems across the companies’ regional offices.
  • Managing HRGA related policies, procedures, conflicts, and governance related to human resources and are in compliance with regulations.
  • Schedule and recommend Indonesian staff, annual KPI reviews systems and salary adjustments in line with manpower regulation and companies KPIs.
  • Manage any immigration procedures, requirements related to Foreign Senior Management working in Indonesia.
  • Maintain a companywide organisational chart.
  • Annual review of company pay structure to remain competitive.
  • Partner with management to align peoples KPIs to companies’ objectives.
  • Manage staff recruitment and processes.
  • Working closely with IMIP and FMI related with general affairs and supports.

Requirement :

  • Male/Female 8-10 years-experience handling HRGA Departments, experience in mining, EPC or other industrial areas of medium – large size business.
  • Must have a Degree in Human Resources Management and Administration or equivalent.
  • Proficient both, Bahasa & English. Oral or writing.
  • Managing relationships with union and non-union workforces.
  • Working closely with IMIP and FMI related with general affairs and supports.
  • Handling all contractor / tenant and permits that supporting for Sampala Project.
  • Liaising with various project and senior managers as required in relation to Human Resources topics and training programs
  • Ready to work with roster 6 Weeks On and 2 Weeks OFF inSampala, Sulawesi
