Tax & Admin Manager, Electrical Manufacturing (Cikarang)
SUMMARY
Tax and Administration Manager Duties are monthly tax, and purchase all goods.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle All Tax Monthly and Annual Report such as VAT, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2),PPh 25, PPh 22 and Annual Corporate Tax Report and tax payment with eBillingCreate VAT out of sales
- Filing document to Tax Office
- Arrange and prepare requirements to get VAT Electronic Certification every 2 years
- Helping Audits from EXTERNAL AUDITOR
- Handle Tax Audit from DJP
- Prepare Document DGT1 for PPH 26
- Reconciliation of monthly and annual tax of VAT, PPH 21,PPH23, PPH 4(2), PPH 22
- Negotiate with marketing department in determining the price of goods and term of payment
- Handle and Report BPJS ketenagakerjaan and kesehatan
- Maintain and guarantee the implementation of K3 identification of hazards and risks as well as aspects and environmental impacts associated with activities in the Department
- Formulate, determine, and guarantee the implementation of K3 and Environment management programs together with MR (Management Representative) derived from the identification of K3 hazards and risks as well as environmental aspects and impacts as well as evaluation of compliance with laws and other requirements related to K3 and the Environment.
- Review the objectives and targets and the Environmental Management Program and report them to GM & Director
- Ensure proper and effective implementation of K3 and environmental management communication
- Participate in the Management Review Meeting
- Conduct K3 Patrol and Environment in its work area
- K 3 Comply with all applicable OSH and environmental regulations at PT. Composite Core Indonesia
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance and Accounting
- 9+ years’ experience in Tax and Accounting
- Dynamic GP knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent in MS Office
- English is a must
- Financial Audit & Reporting including tax preparation
