Job Overview:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling B2B sales activities, building and maintaining relationships with clients from civil, construction, and furniture-related industries. This role involves active field sales across the JABODETABEK area, managing client meetings, negotiations, and supporting business growth through effective sales strategies.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage B2B sales activities targeting clients in civil, construction, building materials, and furniture-related industries.
  • Actively prospect, approach, and visit potential and existing customers across the Jabodetabek area.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with contractors, developers, architects, project owners, and corporate clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product information tailored to customer needs.
  • Conduct price negotiations, contract discussions, and commercial agreements in line with company policies.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as production, technical, and logistics to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer visits, and pipelines in sales reports.
  • Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and business events.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Female candidate
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in related industries (civil, construction, building materials, or furniture)
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Good appearance, positive attitude, and strong negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to handle B2B clients and maintain professional relationships
  • Willing and able to work mobile across Jabodetabek
  • Educational background from a reputable university is preferred
