Potentia HR Consulting has been retained by a global manufacturing metal products and building solution who is seeking a skilled Operations & Maintenance Manager with a strong background in manufacturing, specifically in Punching/Pressing/Forming equipment. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience in the industry and a proven track record of effectively managing and optimizing production processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a focus on Punching/Pressing/Forming equipment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and maintenance management.
- Proven experience in implementing maintenance best practices to optimize equipment performance.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Have good English communication. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Punching/Pressing/Forming equipment division, ensuring efficient production processes and timely delivery of products.
- Manage a team of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and maintenance team, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes, quality, and efficiency.
