Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with regional market trends and customer needs.
  • Drive customer penetration and market share growth through strategic initiatives and lead management.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities contributing to gross sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain a territory plan and support sales teams in resource optimization.
  • Track and convert prospects using CRM systems and collaborate with sales to ensure top customer focus.

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Conduct regular customer workshops, internal and external interface sessions to identify insights and innovation opportunities.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers to drive lead development and business closure.

Project & Product Management

  • Manage and close strategic customer and internal projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Support the development and commercialization of B2B/B2C product portfolios in coordination with Application, Sales, and Business Units.

Marketing & Communication

  • Lead the execution of marketing initiatives including events, trade fairs, e-commerce, packaging, and promotional material.
  • Prepare marketing briefs and business cases for new growth opportunities, covering value propositions, target customers, and commercial outlook.
  • Create compelling sales enablement tools such as customer-facing presentations and product collaterals.

Segment Strategy & Financial Ownership

  • Define and implement market segment plans to achieve sales value, margins, and profitability targets.
  • Monitor segment financial performance and recommend profit improvement actions.
  • Conduct ongoing regional market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and identify unmet needs and new product opportunities.
  • Ensure balance between short- and medium-term initiatives while actively pushing pipeline conversion.

Data-Driven Opportunity Management

  • Analyze customer and market potential to optimize opportunity targeting and territory management.
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure efficient resource allocation and conversion of high-potential leads.
