Job Location: Bogor Site
Role Purpose:
Overseeing the entire supply chain process to ensure the on time, efficient and cost-effective flow of materials from suppliers to the production line and finished goods to customers.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in in logistics or supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound, outbound, warehousing, and distribution
- Experience managing inventory control, stock accuracy, and material flow to support production
- Familiar with import-export procedures, customs regulations, and trade compliance (if applicable)
- Proven ability to manage and negotiate with transporters, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers
- Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, and logistics optimization
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and logistics-related software
- Ability to analyze logistics data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing logistics team
- Good communication and coordination skills with production, procurement, and sales teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management/reporting tools.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Willing to be placed in Bogor City.
Key Activities:
- Collaborate with Central Team to Control and Monitor Finished Good Planning:
- Together with S&M team ensure Demand Planning activity is going on as per agreed time schedule: collect, consolidates and analyse market information to produce appropriate and reliable forecast.
- Use the forecast accuracy and excess forecast report as a tool for deeper analysis.
- Work with Central Team to ensure Supply Network and Operation Planning review is delivered to give the visibility of capacity utilization within 6-12 months ahead in order to make strategic decision (built up stock, over time, importing finished goods, CAPEX for additional capacity or expansion).
- Monitor PPDS Planner does the production allocation following the set-up rules: One Click, Apply associate dyeing allocation to get optimum level of kg/lot and review the queue and do adjustment when needed for both Dyeing & Winding to manage long queue.
- Review the Order Frequency Analysis to define stock and non-stock items as a way to maintain agreed service level within targeted inventory level.
- Review and take action for SLOB material.
- Control and Monitor Raw Material Planning to ensure material availability for production (Grey Thread and Make up Material)
- Monitor Grey Thread Planning update (actual stock, actual usage, revise open purchase orders, refresh forecast requirements).
- Control grey thread quantities plan to be ordered and compare with suggested quantity from central team.
- Ensure continuous follow up of the orders in transit, react on any changes made by the supplier, and react on the demand change, by optimizing stock levels/ projected stocks.
- Analyze shortage list: identify items in Product View; check available stock at site; calculate non-reserved stock; check next purchase order; assigning grey thread items for rationing or prioritizing; identify article tickets.
- Reports: monthly consumption and stock report – beginning of each month for the previous month (including SID report), submit the report at month end.
- Review Forecast accuracy report and take necessary action
- Stock in transit report at end of each month and send the report to Finance Department.
- Monitor Make up Materials and Packing stocks update – Analyze and plan required quantities to
be order – Monitor the arrival schedule.
- Production Control: Responsible for Daily Performance Management driven by the Operations Cockpit.
- Identify actions/ initiatives/ solutions required for service improvement and customer satisfaction and drive for implementation to meet target service KPIs (SOLT/ OTIF/ customer specific needs)
- Responsible to ensure master data is set and in line with Global policy.
- Responsible to control and monitor the export import activities to ensure it compliance with Indonesia regulation.
