HR Specialist, F&B (Jakarta)

Job Title: HR Specialist
Job Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Job Responsibilities:

Be responsible for the onboarding, offboarding, probation confirmation, contract administration and other HR processes for local Indonesian employees; regularly maintain employee files, HR data and basic HR documents;
Conduct local recruitment in Indonesia in line with the company’s business needs, cooperate with local Indonesian recruitment platforms and agencies, and arrange the entire interview and hiring process for candidates;
Submit regular reports on the progress of local Indonesian HR work to the China headquarters in Chinese, assist the headquarters in understanding local employment practices, labor laws and regulations as well as cultural differences in Indonesia, and provide HR and communication support between the headquarters and the Indonesian team;
Assisting the group in implementing HR practices compliant with Indonesian labor laws, handle labor contracts, employee relations and related compliance matters, and assist in addressing basic employee relations issues and other HR-related affairs;
Organizing employee activities, training sessions and cultural integration initiatives, ensuring that Indonesian employees identify with the company’s corporate culture;
Fulfilling other HR-related tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above, with majors in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields preferred;
1-3 years of working experience in HR or related fields, with experience in foreign-funded or multinational enterprises preferred;
Strong English communication skills are required; Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage.
Have a solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, and be proficient in the entire HR process;
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility, with outstanding execution capabilities and attention to detail; be able to adapt to cross-cultural and cross-regional collaboration.
Work experience in the food R&D industry is highly preferred.
