  • Proven experience in operations and HR management, preferably in manufacturing or construction
  • Strong understanding of business functions (HR, finance, operations, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of the UAE labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.





  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with department heads to forecast and meet staffing needs.
  • Develop and oversee employee training and development programs.
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration.
  • Handle conflict resolution and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Provide strategic HR and operational insights to the leadership team.
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, and auditing operations.
