Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee the company’s human resources operations and ensure compliance with labor regulations. This role will be responsible for managing a diverse workforce, including permanent, contract, and daily workers, while coordinating closely with outsourcing service providers. The HR Manager will also play a key role in developing employment policies, managing labor administration, and supporting organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end HR operations for approximately 20 permanent employees, 300 contract employees, and 300-400 daily workers.
- Coordinate and maintain strong working relationships with outsourcing service providers to ensure effective workforce management and compliance with service agreements.
- Develop, review, and implement company regulations, HR policies, employment agreements, and other employment-related documentation.
- Oversee personnel administration, employment contracts, employee records, and statutory documentation in accordance with applicable labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies.
- Provide guidance to management on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and labor law compliance.
- Support workforce planning, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related matters and support business operations.
- Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management regarding workforce planning and HR metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and administrative systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with proven experience in a manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Experience managing large workforces, including permanent, contract, and daily workers.
- Experience coordinating with outsourcing companies and managing outsourced manpower.
- Hands-on experience in drafting company regulations, employment agreements, HR policies, and labor administration documents.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
