Job Responsibilities:
- Lead factory AOP, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, providing actionable financial insights.
- Optimize financial processes and controls to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Analyze financial and management reports to identify risks, cost drivers, and improvement opportunities.
- Oversee transaction review and cash flow planning, including annual, quarterly, and monthly budgeting and funding coordination.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, cost optimization, and operational improvements in line with Group policies.
- Deliver clear financial insights through dashboards and visualizations to support management decision making.
Requirements:
- Ability to independently develop financial reports and analytical models.
- Strong proficiency in advanced Excel functions; experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to consolidate requirements and drive execution effectively.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing finance processes; hands-on factory experience is a plus, with the ability to link shop-floor operations to financial data.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
