Finance & Accounting Manager, Manufacturing (Bogor)

Job Position: Finance & Accounting Manager
Location: Bogor, West Java

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management & Reporting
   • Prepare monthly financial statements (PL / BS / Cash Flow)
   • Conduct budget vs actual analysis and variance reporting
   • Manage monthly closing and financial reporting process
   • Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor liquidity
   • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks
   • Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
2. Cost Accounting & Factory Performance Management
   • Monitor and analyze production cost structure
   • Raw material
   • Labor cost
   • Utility cost
   • Manufacturing overhead
   • Analyze production yield and defect ratios
   • A Grade / B Grade / Reject
   • Support improvement of production efficiency and cost reduction
   • Develop and maintain factory KPI dashboards
   • Conduct profitability analysis by production line and product category
3. Business Improvement & Operational Support
   • Support operational improvement initiatives with management and factory teams
   • Improve inventory management and working capital efficiency
   • Support CAPEX evaluation and ROI analysis for new machinery investments
   • Establish internal SOPs and reporting processes
   • Support implementation of ERP or management systems if required
4. Governance
   • Support internal control and governance enhancement
   • Prepare financial data and documents for audit
   • Improve transparency and reporting standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting in manufacturing industry
• Strong experience in cost accounting and factory finance
• Experience in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Ability to work closely with factory and operational teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on attitude and ability to work in fast-changing environments
• Experience in Ceramics, FMCG, Packaging, Automotive, or other manufacturing industry.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc)
• Experience supporting audit projects.
