�� We’re Hiring! FAT Manager (Finance, Accounting & Tax)
We are currently assisting our client, a leading apparel manufacturer in Indonesia, supplying high-quality garments to global brands worldwide.
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree (S1/D4) in Finance / Accounting
✔ 8-10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax, with at least 3 years at managerial level
✔ Strong knowledge of manufacturing finance & costing systems (preferably garment/textile industry)
✔ Familiar with Indonesian taxation regulations (PPh21, PPh23, PPh25, PPN, PPh26, etc.)
✔ Proven ability to develop financial statements & prepare management reports
✔ Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills
✔ Experience in team management & cross-department coordination
Job Descriptions:
✔ Plan, develop, and oversee Finance, Accounting & Tax policies within the company
✔ Ensure accurate and timely financial statements & reports for management
✔ Coordinate and control accounting processes: GL, AR/AP, inventory, and costing
✔ Manage cash flow, account balances, receivables, and payables effectively
✔ Oversee tax compliance, reporting & audits
✔ Support business decision-making through financial planning & analysis
✔ Lead and develop the FAT team to ensure efficiency and compliance
