About Our Client
Our client is a Manufacturing Company specializing in paint
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the building material industry
- Strong commercial/sales background with a track record of achieving revenue targets
- Solid understanding of finance and financial analysis
- Experience working in the Asia-Pacific region, particularly in Vietnam
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Flexible and open to relocation in Vietnam with high mobility
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth in Vietnam
- Manage relationships with key customers, distributors, and suppliers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks
- Manage the P&L for the Vietnam business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations, as well as the company’s internal policies and procedures
- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team
