Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Job Location: Penjaringan, North Jakarta

Job Overview:
The CFO will act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and management team, responsible for strengthening financial governance while enabling scalable growth. This role goes beyond reporting—driving cost efficiency, capital strategy, risk management, and long-term value creation in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Strategy & Business Leadership
    • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with Tasblock’s growth roadmap.
    • Translate business plans into financial models, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
    • Actively advise the CEO on investment decisions, pricing strategy, and expansion plans.
    • Support strategic initiatives such as capacity expansion, new product lines, and export growth.
  2. Manufacturing Finance & Cost Control
    • Oversee cost accounting (BOM, labor, overhead absorption, variance analysis).
    • Improve product costing accuracy for composite manufacturing processes.
    • Monitor and optimize COGS, yield, scrap, and production efficiency.
    • Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Procurement to drive cost discipline without compromising quality.
  3. Budgeting, Forecasting & Performance Management
    • Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, adaptable to multi-shift operations.
    • Establish and monitor financial KPIs (margin per product, cost per unit, inventory turnover, OEE financial impact).
    • Provide timely and actionable management reports for leadership decision-making.
    • Identify early warning signals for cash flow, margin erosion, or operational inefficiencies.
  4. Cash Flow, Working Capital & Funding
    • Maintain strong control over cash flow, AR/AP, inventory, and working capital cycles.
    • Optimize credit terms, collection efficiency, and inventory levels.
    • Manage relationships with banks, lenders, and financial institutions.
    • Lead fundraising, loan structuring, and capital expenditure planning when required.
  5. Accounting, Compliance & Governance
    • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Oversee compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting.
    • Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and audit readiness.
    • Manage external parties: auditors, tax consultants, legal advisors.
  6. Risk Management & Internal Control
    • Identify financial, operational, and compliance risks in a manufacturing environment.
    • Design and enforce risk mitigation frameworks (fraud prevention, asset protection, contract risk).
    • Review and improve procurement, payment approval, and expenditure controls.
  7. Team Leadership & System Development
    • Lead and develop the Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Admin teams.
    • Build a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Drive the adoption or enhancement of ERP / accounting systems to support scale and transparency.
    • Ensure finance processes are simple, disciplined, and business-oriented.
  8. Commercial & Contract Support
    • Review major customer contracts, supplier agreements, and pricing structures.
    • Support Sales and Operations with profitability analysis per customer/project.
    • Ensure financial terms align with company risk appetite and cash objectives.

Qualifications & Experiences:
Mandatory:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, with senior leadership exposure.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing or related industries (composite, chemical, construction materials, automotive parts, industrial products).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures and operational finance.
  • Experience working in a growing or mid-size company, not only large corporations.

Preferred:

  • Background in composite, fiberglass, resin, or process-based manufacturing.
  • Experience handling bank financing, capex projects, or factory expansion.
  • Familiar with ERP implementation or improvement.
  • CPA / CA / equivalent professional certification is an advantage.

Leadership Profile:

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving organization.
  • Strong integrity, resilience, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Able to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance leaders.
  • Acts as a trusted partner, not just a controller.
