Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Location: Cikarang, West Java
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify new market opportunities and develop growth strategies in the building material industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and key partners.
- Deliver product and solution presentations, negotiate deals, and close contracts.
- Develop sales plans and track performance for project-based and B2B markets.
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities within the building material sector.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams for project execution and product positioning.
- Prepare regular business development and sales performance reports.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to expand business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
- 8-10 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (building material / construction / manufacturing / B2B preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and market analysis skills.
- Solid understanding of B2B sales, project-based selling, and building material products.
- Proactive, strategic, and capable of leading teams.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and related office tools.
- Having a wide professional network in construction & building material industry is a strong advantage.
