Job Title: System Architect
Job Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Job Responsibilities:

Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
Define Continuous Enhancements.
Scope and prioritize activities based on businesses and customer impact.
Assist in the development of project scope and define the boundaries of the project.
Bring user needs to meet with business needs and translate them into product (feature) concepts.
Facilitate communication and gain commitment between business units to align solutions with business strategies.
Document business requirement, functional/technical design, user manuals and training material
Work together with UX Designer to develop prototype to make functional design more understandable and easier to develop
Create and monitor the implementation of end-to-end integrated systems.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication/Electrical/Industrial), Science (Mathematics) or equivalent.
Min. 3 years of work experience as IT Business Analyst or Functional Consultant
Preferrable with a background in Crypto, PKI related solutions and/or Artificial Intelligence.
Experience in developing applications in the past would be an advantage.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skill.
Required Skill(s): Business Process, Basic SQL Query, Documentation Skill (Flowchart, Use Case, Activity Diagram, UI Wireframe) and testing.
Having knowledge to identifies, evaluates, operational processes and procedures, problems, and requirements.
Good leadership skill, initiative, positive attitude and able to work as a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write reports and business correspondence.
Understand how different software blocks connect into an end-to-end solution.
Ability to conceptualize and document technical specifications for the development team to implement.
Able to work with tight deadline.
Maintain high level of honesty and integrity.
Communication in Bahasa Indonesian and English
