Main Responsibilities
– Develop anSAPimplementation project plan covering scope, timeline, budget, and resources.

– Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business needs and processes to be automated or
integrated into SAP.
– Identify project risks, including dependencies and integration complexities, and create mitigation plans.
– Direct technical and functional teams in configuring, customizing, and testing SAP modules.
– Ensure the chosen implementation methodology, such as ASAP (Accelerated SAP), is properly
followed to optimize project effectiveness and success.
– Managethe data migration process from legacy systems to SAP, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
– Oversee project expenses to ensure the budget is utilized effectively and as planned.
– Managescopechanges, developing mitigation plans for significant changes.
– Perform quality control on project deliverables to ensure compliance with agreed specifications.
– Supervise Go-Live activities, including final testing, cutover, and transition to the new SAP system.
– Ensureend-users are well-trained and prepared to use the new system.
– Manage post-implementation support to resolve issues that may arise after Go-Live and ensure
system stability.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related
field.
– PMPorsimilar project management certification.
– Minimumof 5 years of experience in project management, particularly with SAP projects.
– Proven experience in managing SAP implementations and upgrades.
– Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration.
– Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
