Product Specialist Oncology, Healthcare (Jakarta)

Job Title: Product Specialist – Oncology (Representative Medical Sales)
Reporting to: Area Sales Manager
Job Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
 
Job Summary:
Self-medical products, systems or services to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives. a strong background in onco products, extensive knowledge of the Jabodetabek area, and well-established relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in oncology therapeutics.
 
Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Oncology products with indication of multiple cancer to healthcare professionals and facilities within Jabodetabek
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs in oncology to drive product awareness and sales.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare providers
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain existing customer accounts.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to the marketing and product development teams
  • Attend relevant conferences, seminars, and events to promote products and network with industry professionals
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
  • Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Medical Product Sales and DKSH behavior as part of continuous learning.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or professional qualification in a Science or Medical-related discipline
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in oncology theraapeutic sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the Jabodetabek area and its healthcare market.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with KOLs in wound care.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Have own driver’s license and vehicle.
  • Agile in solving customer’s problem to grow the business.
  • Demonstrate basic research and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
