Oncology Sales Manager, Healthcare (Jakarta)

Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic & Commercial Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for oncology product portfolio to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Collaborate with Product Management to align sales strategies with product lifecycles, launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
- Lead new product launches by coordinating with marketing, regulatory, and supply chain teams.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Specialists to maximize individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess performance, provide coaching, and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
- Organize and deliver product and sales training to ensure the team has strong technical and commercial expertise.
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals within the oncology sector.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts and escalate customer issues when necessary.
- Represent the company at medical conferences, seminars, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and network with stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Business Development, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to ensure cohesive execution of business plans.
- Provide market feedback to support product innovation, positioning, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure alignment between sales activities and overall business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of the oncology therapeutics landscape, including products, indications, and treatment protocols.
- Proven track record in sales management, including team leadership and target achievement.
- Deep knowledge of the Jabodetabek healthcare market and established relationships with hospital networks and healthcare professionals.
- Experience in product launches and portfolio management.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biology, or a related medical/science field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, with at least 2 years in a sales management or supervisory role.
- Experience in oncology product sales is required.
- Proven experience in managing teams, engaging with healthcare professionals, and delivering sales results.
