Medical Coordinator, Healthcare (Bandung)

Job Title: Medical Coordinator – Aesthetic & Dermatology
Location: Bandung, Indonesia

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily medical clinic operations and ensure smooth service flow
Ensure readiness of doctors, treatment rooms, medical equipment, and medical staff attendance
Supervise implementation of medical services and operational SOPs
Coordinate doctors and operational teams to minimize scheduling conflicts and operational issues
Ensure patient safety, treatment accuracy, and overall patient comfort
Monitor patient waiting time, service quality, and complaint handling
Ensure medical documentation, consent forms, and audit readiness are properly maintained
Maintain effective communication and coordination between Doctors, Nurses, and Frontline teams
Support operational efficiency to maximize treatment flow and clinic productivity

Requirements:

Medical Doctor (MD / General Practitioner) background is mandatory
Minimum 3 years of experience in clinic or healthcare operations
Strong understanding of medical operational flow and clinical SOPs
Proven leadership and team coordination skills
Experienced in managing operational discipline, service quality, and medical coordination
Willing to take Duty Doctor shifts as required.
