Job Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical market to expand the company’s product portfolio and partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, partners, and clients, acting as the key point of contact for business development initiatives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential products, therapeutic areas, and market opportunities.
Evaluate new product or partnership opportunities, including commercial potential, market demand, and regulatory considerations.
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, regulatory, and commercial) to support successful product launches and business expansion.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and partnership discussions with clients and principals.
Analyze market data, sales performance, and industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
Manage and track business development pipelines, ensuring timely follow-up and progress toward closing opportunities.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (Apothecary) or Science-related field (e.g., Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or Life Sciences).
2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in business development, marketing, or product management.
Experience in identifying and developing new business opportunities; strong hunter mindset.
Strong analytical and data-handling skills, with the ability to interpret market data and generate insights.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact with external partners and clients.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to conduct business discussions and presentations.
Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
