Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all regulatory compliance activities related to product registration in accordance with BPOM and other relevant authorities.
- Oversee and process BPOM submissions for both new and existing skincare and beauty products.
- Ensure packaging, labeling, and ingredient listings are compliant with local regulations and approved as needed.
- Review, validate, and ensure regulatory compliance of all product claims, including efficacy and safety statements, across all platforms.
- Monitor and approve advertising claims, ensuring alignment with BPOM advertising standards and guidelines.
- Manage operational permits and licensing, including warehouse permits (gudang izin), and maintain accurate and organized regulatory documentation.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with regulatory authorities to support product compliance and licensing.
- Stay informed of evolving regulatory frameworks and provide strategic recommendations to internal teams to mitigate risks and ensure market readiness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, legal, marketing, and communications teams to integrate regulatory insights into business operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Apothecary (Apoteker).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, specifically in the cosmetics, skincare, or beauty industry.
- In-depth understanding of BPOM regulations, product registration processes, and advertising claim regulations in Indonesia.
- Strong experience managing product and marketing claim reviews, packaging compliance, and ingredient evaluations.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead regulatory initiatives and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating across departments, including regional teams and C-level stakeholders, to align regulatory strategies with broader business objectives.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Able to do full WFO at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
