Job Title: Production Manager
Job Brief:
We are seeking a Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end production process of fragrance products, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery. The role will be responsible for managing production planning, quality control, inventory coordination, and production operations from raw materials to finished goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire production cycle from raw materials, fragrance oils, bottles, packaging materials, to finished goods.
- Develop and monitor production schedules to meet business demands.
- Ensure product quality standards through strict quality control implementation.
- Monitor production output, productivity, and efficiency.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing production activities.
- Work closely with the Stock Manager to maintain inventory accuracy and availability.
- Identify process improvements to increase operational efficiency and product quality.
- Lead and supervise production PICs and line personnel.
- Prepare production reports and present updates to the CEO.
Requirements:
- Female.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Production Management within cosmetics, fragrance, FMCG, personal care, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of Quality Control processes.
- Experience handling production planning, inventory management, and manufacturing operations.
- Proven leadership experience managing production teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
