Job Title: Fragrance Evaluator
Job Brief:
We are looking for a Fragrance Evaluator with a highly developed sense of smell to assess fragrance quality, consistency, and performance, and to oversee daily production activities. This role plays an important part in Quality Control, Research & Development, and day-to-day production operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate fragrance samples and benchmark them against existing approved references.
• Conduct sensory assessments to ensure fragrance consistency and quality.
• Analyze incoming fragrance oils daily and identify any differences or quality issues upon arrival.
• Oversee and monitor daily production activities, including mixing processes, to ensure consistency and adherence to fragrance specifications.
• Support Quality Control and Research & Development activities.
• Document fragrance evaluation results and production quality checks, providing recommendations as needed.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding fragrance specifications and production requirements.
• Assist in fragrance development and product improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Graduate from a Perfumery School or related educational background.
• 2-3 years of experience in fragrance evaluation, sensory testing, perfumery, production, or related fields is preferred.
• Hands-on experience developing and creating fragrance formulations from scratch is a strong plus; candidates who have only followed or modified existing formulations may still be considered, but from-scratch formulation experience is preferred.
• Exceptional olfactory abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working closely with production teams and monitoring daily manufacturing processes.
• Passionate about fragrances, perfumes, and scent development.
