Finance Accounting Tax Supervisor
Job Location: Bekasi
Requirements:

Min 3 years’ experience in Finance/Accounting, including 1-2 years in a Supervisor roles.
Strong in financial operations, reporting, and tax compliance.
Proven leadership with ability to supervise and coach teams.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with Accounting Software and Coretax.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage accounting, finance, and taxation functions to deliver accurate and timely reports in compliance with regulations.
Oversee cash flow, receivables, payables, and budgeting to ensure efficiency and maintain financial health.
Supervise financial transaction, POs, payments, bank reconciliations, and journal entries in line with company SOPs.
Develop and monitor financial and accounting systems & procedures to improve compliance and minimize risks.
Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic insights to management for investment, expansion, and operational decisions.
