Marketing Head, Fashion Retail (Jakarta)
Position: Marketing Head
Responsibilities:
- Managing marketing planning & execution based on budget and business targets
- Managing global campaign activation translation into the local market
- Managing local campaign ideation, production, and activation
- Responsible for traffic and demand generation
- Managing media communication across all platforms, both internal and external
- Driving business performance & optimization through marketing strategies
- Creating demand/market needs across all channels
- Working cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Commercial Marketing
- Strong background in retail, fashion, FMCG, footwear, lifestyle, or consumer-driven industries
- Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
- Strong exposure to demand generation, traffic growth, and business performance optimization
- Experience translating global marketing strategies into local market execution
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experienced in collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, operations, and regional teams
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to drive ROI-focused marketing initiatives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Agile, creative, and commercially driven personality
