Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end operations of all music education outlets across Indonesia.
  • Ensure operational excellence in student experience, teacher performance, and branch management.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and systems to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Lead new outlet expansion projects, including site evaluation, setup, and operational readiness.
  • Manage P&L performance, budgeting, and cost control to achieve profitability.
  • Collaborate with Academic and Marketing teams to align operational goals with learning outcomes and brand strategy.
  • Establish training and performance development programs for operations and teaching teams.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators such as enrollment, retention, and satisfaction rates.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and local laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in education, music, or service-retail industries.
  • Strong business acumen, leadership capability, and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Passion for education and creative learning.

AVP Operations – Skin Clinic (Beauty & Wellness)
Overview:
The brand is a premium skin and wellness clinic, offering advanced dermatology, beauty, and aesthetic services. The focus is on delivering high-quality care with modern technology and exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of multiple skin clinic branches to ensure service excellence.
  • Maintain high standards in customer care, medical procedures, and clinic hygiene.
  • Oversee and optimize performance of doctors, therapists, and clinic managers.
  • Manage P&L, budgeting, and cost efficiency to achieve business objectives.
  • Implement and monitor SOPs and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to drive patient growth and retention.
  • Supervise new branch openings, renovations, and operational expansion.
  • Review operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and execute staff training and service excellence programs.
  • Build relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • At least 8-10 years of leadership experience in clinic, wellness, beauty, or retail operations.
  • Proven record in multi-location management and customer service improvement.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and operational compliance is an advantage.
