Signaling Engineer, Railway Projects (South Jakarta)

Position: Signaling Engineer
Location: South Jakarta
Job Summary:
The Signaling Engineer will be responsible for the supervision, installation, testing, and commissioning support of CBTC & CBI signaling systems across indoor, outdoor, and tunnel areas. The role demands a strong technical background in modern railway signaling systems, hands-on field supervision, and coordination with subcontractors and project stakeholders.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Railway Engineering, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of:
    • Signaling principles and interlocking systems
    • Train control systems: ATP, ATO, ATS
    • Train detection methods: AC/DC Track Circuits, IBJs
  • Experience in preparing signaling testing report documents (SIT, PAT, SAT, ITC).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Good communication and technical writing skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in railway signaling system implementation, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience in CBTC & CBI systems.
  • Certification in Technical training certificates in railway signaling installation or testing.
  • Effective communication English, team leading skills, stakeholder management, and Ms Excel, Word, PPT.
