Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth by identifying opportunities within assigned accounts

Customer Relation
     1.     Manage and nurture long-term relationships with assigned clients.
2.     Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.
3.     Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet business objectives.
    
Sales Activity
     1.     Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
2.     Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business reviews.
3.     Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, technical support) to ensure client expectations are met.
4.     Monitor account performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports on account status.
5.     Negotiate contracts, renewals, and agreements with clients.
6.     Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
7.     Achieve sales targets and KPIs as assigned.
    
3.       Job Requirements
    
1.     Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2.     Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or relevant role.
3.     Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4.     Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
5.     Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.
6.     Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
