Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Meruya, West Jakarta
Job Description:

Develop and execute company’s products and programs in line with market needs and the company’s business potential.
Manage and oversee the successful implementation of company’s products and programs through collaboration with the sales and marketing divisions to achieve revenue/sales targets.
Lead and manage a team consisting of Product Leaders and Product Assistants.
Develop product roadmaps and ensure projects are executed according to the established timeline.
Conduct training sessions and workshops on company’s programs and products for both internal customers (sales and marketing teams) and external parties (schools and institutions).
Identify innovation opportunities and create innovative programs to support sales and marketing in achieving revenue targets.
Prepare progress reports on revenue achievement, product development, and strategic product recommendations for management.
Conduct market research, trend analysis, and market needs assessments for new product development

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Marketing, Business/Management, or related field from a reputable university (min. GPA 3.4); Master’s degree preferred
5+ years of experience in product management or product development
Strong business acumen and marketing strategy knowledge
Excellent written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (min. IELTS 6.0)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
Willingness to travel for business
