Junior-Senior Recruitment Consultant
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Client Relationship & Account Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on talent acquisition strategies, hiring trends, and market challenges.
- Manage job intake meetings and ensure clarity in job briefs and requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Deliver high service satisfaction and ensure repeat business.
2️⃣ Business Development
- Grow business from existing accounts and secure new clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Present proposals, negotiate fees, and close business opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and revenue targets.
3️⃣ Advanced Candidate Management
- Source, attract, and assess high-potential candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, networking).
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure culture and role fit.
- Manage candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process, including salary negotiation and onboarding follow-up.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring hiring needs.
4️⃣ Recruitment Process & Delivery Excellence
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to placement and post-placement support.
- Submit high-quality candidate profiles and shortlist reports to clients.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM / ATS systems.
- Comply with company policies, data confidentiality, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years in recruitment agency or relevant field with proven billings.
- Experience placing mid-to-senior level roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Thai and English.
