QHSE Manager, Constructions (Jakarta)
About the Role: Our client is looking for an experienced QHSE Manager to lead our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment functions across project sites. This is a key leadership role that ensures all operations comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage, recruit (with the assistance of HR team) and train HSE personnel to support Company’s project requirement
– Develop and enforce QHSE policies, procedures, and systems across the company.
– Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and compliance inspections both for qualification and execution process for the projects

– Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
– Provide training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
– Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.
– Coordinate with project teams to implement best practices in QHSE.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, or a related field.
– Minimum 8 years of experience in QHSE, preferably in construction or industrial sectors.
– Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations.
– Certified in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 is a strong advantage.
– Excellent communication and leadership skills.
