Project Photographer (MRT Project), Construction (Jakarta)
Project Photographer – MRT CP205 Monthly Progress Documentation
Objective:
- The Project Photographer will be responsible for creating and maintaining a comprehensive photographic and videographic record of the project’s progress.
- This includes capturing high-quality images and videos that accurately document the development of works at various stages weekly/ monthly.
- To provide comprehensive photographic documentation of all construction activities, site conditions, inspections, testing, and progress milestones in compliance with the Employer’s Requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Progress Photography
- Capture monthly progress photographs from agreed locations (drove inclusive).
- Include minimum 8 aerial photographs per month from designated heights.
- Submit digital images and colors prints in Monthly Progress Reports.
- Label each photo with location, brief description of work, date taken, and contract reference.
- Submission Procedures
- All documentation (photos, certificates, manuals, drawings), submitted via EDMS (Bentley ProjectWise) and hard copies (8 bound + 1 unbound + 1 electronic copy).
- Submissions must be indexed, catalogued, include revision history and authorized signatures, and be in both English and Indonesian.
- Follow ISO 9001 and local regulatory standards.
- Construction Documentation & Report
- Photograph site establishment, utilities, storage areas, temporary works, mock-ups, equipment installations, and testing setups.
- Maintaining data in project server/OneDrive.
- Document safety signage, PPE compliance, and environmental controls.
- Support in Project Reports preparation.
Project Event Photography
- All event photography for the Project & Company
Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or Graduate with certificates in Photography, Editing, Drone.
- Proven experience in construction photography or engineering documentation (Railway experience desirable).
- Skilled in aerial photography (drone operation desirable).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 documentation standards.
- Proficient in photo editing and metadata management.
- Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
Tools & Equipment:
- DSLR or mirrorless camera with wide-angle and zoom lenses.
- Drone with high-resolution camera (licensed operator).
- Laptop with photo editing and indexing software.
