Project Manager – MEP & System Infrastructure Solutions
Our Client is a leading provider of integrated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and system infrastructure solutions for critical facilities such as data centers and industrial projects. We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to join their growing team.
Role Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution including design, planning, coordination, staffing, and delivery. This role ensures that project goals are achieved on time, within scope, and on budget while optimizing resources such as labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
- Track and oversee project milestones, schedules, and deliverables.
- Monitor project costs against budget and ensure accurate cost control.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, proposals, and approvals.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, procurement, planning, billing, and client teams for smooth execution.
- Lead regular review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct inspections, identify risks, and implement corrective actions at early stages.
- Ensure timely billing and proper project cash flow.
- Oversee project handover, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and client expectations.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical) or related field.
- Proven experience in managing MEP / system infrastructure projects, preferably in data centers or industrial facilities.
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to effectively utilize resources and manage subcontractors.
- A proactive problem-solver and strong collaborator with clients, PMC, and internal teams.
