Japanese Language Teacher, Construction (Tangerang)

Position Overview
Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Japanese Language Teacher to deliver Japanese language instruction. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating Japanese language lessons in accordance with the required curriculum and proficiency standards
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver Japanese language lessons tailored to learners’ proficiency levels.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools aligned with JLPT and/or curriculum standards.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and evaluation reports.
- Create an engaging, effective, and culturally immersive learning environment.
- Prepare students for JLPT examinations where applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and course progress.
- Communicate regularly with management/coordinators regarding class progress, challenges, and student needs.
- Adhere to teaching schedules and administrative requirements set by the client.
Mandatory Requirements
- Holds a valid JLPT N2 certification or above.
- Open to male or female candidates.
- Proven professional experience teaching Japanese language (classroom or institutional setting).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience living in Japan will be considered a strong advantage.
- Open to engagement under a Service Agreement / Outsourcing Agreement (non-employment/contractor-based arrangement).
