Finance & Accounting Manager – Building Materials & Construction (West Jakarta)
About the Client
Our client, a leading wholesale company in the building material and construction sector located in West Jakarta, is seeking an experienced and driven Finance & Accounting Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze monthly and annual financial data, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Prepare variance analysis reports (actual vs budget) for both corporate and project financials
- Lead the monthly and yearly budgeting and financial forecasting processes
- Perform cost, revenue, margin, and financial ratio trend analysis
- Coordinate with accounting and other departments to ensure data accuracy
- Assist in the preparation of reports for internal and external audit purposes
- Provide quantitative financial insights to support strategic decision-making by management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in AccountingBachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting
- Maximum age of 40 years old
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance & Accounting Manager
- Proficient in accounting cycle, financial reporting, and financial analysis
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and Accurate software
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
