BIM Coordinator
Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in compliance with MRT Jakarta’s BIM standards and project-specific requirements.
Coordinate BIM deliverables from design team, and external civil contractors.
Act as the key liaison between internal BIM teams and external civil contractors to resolve interface and coordination issues.
Organize and participate in regular interface coordination meetings with external civil contractors, design consultants, and relevant stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure alignment.
Conduct and participate in joint site visits with civil contractors to verify on-site conditions, validate model accuracy, and monitor implementation consistency with the BIM model.
Support clash detection, model coordination, and issue tracking using industry-standard tools (Navisworks, Revit).
Monitor BIM data quality, model updates, and ensure proper version control throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate interdisciplinary coordination meetings with external contractors and internal teams.
Generate reports, visualizations, and simulations (4D/5D) to support construction planning and progress monitoring.
Support digital handover and as-built model preparation for future operation and maintenance.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Civil Engineering are welcome to apply)
Experience: Minimun 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years of experience in BIM Modeling and/or Coordination.
Experienced in Project Management
Experienced in MEP Design & Construction Experience
Certification: BIM Modeling Training / BIM Coordination Training / BIM Management Training from Reputable Training Center / Institution
