Job Position: Utility & Project Manager
Job Location: East Java
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 7-10 years’ experience in construction projects: building, factory renovation/expansion, utilities installation, and new plant setup.
- Experienced in handling contractors, consultants, and government requirements (IMB/PBG, SLF, AMDAL, K3, fire safety).
- Strong technical knowledge of civil, structural, MEP, and industrial utilities: compressed air systems, WTP/WWTP, electrical network, HVAC, boilers, gensets, chillers, and water/steam distribution.
- Experience managing daily utility operations in manufacturing (power supply, water system, wastewater, mechanical equipment).
- Able to ensure utility reliability, preventive maintenance, and energy efficiency improvements.
- Able to read drawings, layouts, BOQ, and engineering specification.
- Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, progress tracking, tendering, vendor selection, and contract management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and advanced Excel.
- Strong capability to lead multidisciplinary teams (civil, MEP, utility technicians, safety, contractors).
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Good communication in English (for expatriates, suppliers, and consultants)
- Strong stakeholder coordination and reporting skills.
- Good understanding of PBG/IMB, SLF, fire safety, AMDAL, and K3.
- Ensures construction and utility operations meet safety and legal requirements.
- Willing to work on-site daily; able to handle tight deadlines.
