Job Position: Industrial Engineering Manager
Job Location: East Java

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile/Garment Engineering, or related field.
8-10 years Industrial Engineering experience in garment manufacturing (experience in large garment factory is a strong advantage).
3-5 years in a supervisory/managerial IE role, ideally in a factory with 3,000-8,000+ employees.
Strong understanding of garment production processes (cutting, sewing, finishing, washing).
Expertise in SMV calculation, method study, line balancing, capacity planning, productivity improvement, lean tools (Kaizen, 5S), layout optimization, and time & motion study.
Experience using digital IE tools (GSD, Optitex, or similar) is a plus.
Strong leadership, able to manage a large IE team and drive factory-wide improvements.
Analytical, problem-solving oriented, and able to work under pressure across multiple lines/floors.
Fluent in English for coordination with expats, buyers, and group leaders.
Strong communication and presentation skills; collaborative and change-oriented.
High integrity, discipline, and strong ownership mindset; familiar with continuous improvement culture.
