Preferred Requirements:
- Oversee the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance organizational efficiency and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges, driving continuous improvement
- Spearhead employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture
- Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have overall more than 15 years of experience in HR. Proven track record of at least 5 years in a similar HR management role, preferably in the garment industry
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
