Human Resources Manager, Garment Industry, East Java (CONFIDENTIAL)

– Spearhead the end-to-end HR operations, ensuring seamless workforce management and employee engagement- Lead a dedicated team of HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment- Contribute to the strategic direction of the HR function, aligning it with the company’s overall business objectives

Preferred Requirements:

• Oversee the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance organizational efficiency and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges, driving continuous improvement
• Spearhead employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture
• Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Have overall more than 15 years of experience in HR. Proven track record of at least 5 years in a similar HR management role, preferably in the garment industry
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
